Since there's a lot of people who are asking for Where to(s), I've compiled some of the important links which might be helpful in order to play pRO thoroughly. Please take note as well that faster download speed is preferrable then performing downloads of huge amount. I rarely advise dial-up connection especially on manual patching.
For Manual Patching

This ftp link provides access to most of the recent patches for pRO commercial servers as well as the older ones. This is the most important site for all those who are willing to manually patch their clients cause the files can be easily found there. Be warned, there are hidden files in that ftp site, so for example if 2006-10-13guard.rgz can't be found in that directory, all you need to do if type the whole ftp site together with the file like this:ftp://fpatch.ragnarok.com.ph/patch/2006-10-13guard.rgz but not all can be found in the ftp site.

This ftp link, like the one aforementioned, is for pRO Sakray patches. Very helpful for all those who want to try out the test-server Sakray in order to test out the new characters, patches, items, equips, quests, features etc. Be warned of the wipe-out though, and no compensations in this server.

This is the hardway, since no one really seeds that much. Oh wait, what am I talking about? This site contains torrent files(not the actual installers yet) of pRO commercial and pRO Sakray, and other LU games. All you need to do is click on it, you will get a prompt on downloading a torrent file. Just save it on your desktop. If you know about Bittorrents, good for you. If not, you might want to download one like Bitcomet (download here) and install it. Once installed, on the upper left hand side, you'll see an Icon - Open click it, then find the torrent file which you downloaded. Click on it, then it will open a dialogue box, you might want to change the save location then hit Ok. This is where the hard part is, if no one is uploading a full copy of that installer (the one I called seeds) then you're doomed on getting the installer being downloaded. Proceed to my next link, the easiest one!

This is a ftp site of direct download for the pRO installer (not the Sakray installer) in Winzip format. You may use WinRAR for extracting the files inside of it. This one is hidden, and I don't know why it is hidden but now you guys can have the benefit of directly downloading it rather than waiting several hours using torrents.
In case you are wondering how to change those passwords, e-mails etc w/o the hassle of seeing that html site wherein you are asked to create a mylevelup account just to do those, now here's the good news, we still have the traditional way of doing those! Read below...

Regarding your concern, Globe and Touch Mobile subscribers can buy Ragnarok Credits (playing time) just using their G-Cash. Now, Ragnarok players don't have to go out and buy prepaid cards (or even get up from their chairs, for that matter).
All you have to do is text BUY RAGNAROK to 2822. You will then get a message from 2882 to confirm the purchase and then you will receive your Ragnarok PIN from 2822.
See table of denominations and free playing time below. Just text LIST RAGNAROK to 2822. Charge for this is P2.50 for both Postpaid, Prepaid.
